Foods have a great impact on the skin as well as the overall health of the body. People face all kinds of problems regarding the skin and face, such as acne problems, excessive hair, oily skin, dry and rough skin, pimples, and many other problems. Dermatologists advise their patients to improve their diet to have a good skin. The following are some important types of foods that are very good for health and skin:

Fruit Juices

All types of fruits and fruit juices are wonderful for the skin. It is commonly said that “An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away”. These fresh juices may contain more calories as compared to the canned juices, but does not include any added ingredients or artificial taste enhancers and what you will get is complete nourishment.

Green Tea

Green tea is not only good for weight loss, but it is also great for the skin. When you drink hot green tea, it releases catechins that have the best anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps in the prevention of many skin cancers and nourishes the skin as well. Taking two to four cups of green tea daily will also decrease the sun tans on your skin.

Fish

You can eat fish in the fried form or the cooked form. It contains Omega 3 that is used to firm your skin and make it glow. Omega 3 is the best nutrition for the skin. In addition to this, it also contains many other nutrients that are good for the face and the entire body.
