The right hairstyle for women with square face shapes

The right hairstyle for women with square face shapes

If you have a square face shape, you are a lucky woman. Many famous faces, in the past and now have angular, strong jawline. There are some people who say that women with this type of faces age well and they look great in photos. The most important thing you should know is that women with square face shapes can wear long hair, in fact, they look amazing with this hairstyle. For example, women with long faces must avoid this hairstyle.

One of the celebrities, with square face shape, that look great is Gwyneth Paltrow. She looks best in flat-ironed long locks. The main goal of that haircut is to hide the sharp edges of the jaw while playing up her cheekbones. This curtain effect is accomplished with her hair parts in the middle and then flat-iron. After she gave birth to her son Moses, Paltrow cut off her long hair (it grew to her breast) which was too long. After that, she tried a long bob. Now, she is happy with a long cut that ends bellow collarbone. If you want to try the same hairstyle, don’t forget to cut in just a few long layers.

Women with square face shape look great with long bobs, but only if they are layered and soft. The one mistake you can make is to have a blunt, sharp bob that hits at your chin. This will accentuate your jaw so it will make the boxiness apparent. Because of this you must avoid it. However, the long bob looks amazing on Kiera Knightley’s square face. It is very edgy and it elongates her face.
