Three Sandals That Can Be Dressed Up or Dressed Down

Three Sandals That Can Be Dressed Up or Dressed Down

Dressing up is making a statement, and making an effort to look your best. You have your IT-girl dress or top, the heels, the makeup and everything that goes into making that outfit a real statement. Dressing down is the opposite - more or less. Here you are relaxed and have a more casual approach to your outfit and comfort level.

Sandals that are slipped on or strapped on are comfortable to wear and give your feet a break from the heels you’ve been wearing to work or otherwise.

When you choose a sandal for your outfit, you are making an important choice that foreshadows your style. For example, even though gladiator sandals were a big trend this season, the outfits that usually match these sandals should be dark and edgy. This is not a wise choice to make in the summer heat.

Gladiator Sandals

When these first started to trend, they weren't as comfortable as they are made today. These sandals now come in thinner straps that look good on any woman. Nowadays the gladiator sandal is delicate and flattering. You can choose from the many varieties that make it very easy to move an outfit from day to night.

Wedges

Wedges not only give you the height but they are incredibly comfortable to wear - even if it means for long hours! They are cute and have stood the test of time over the years. Choose one with a neutral color that would match any summer outfit.

Flat Sandals

Flat sandals are very comfortable and come in many colors, styles, and embellishments. They can be easily dressed up or dressed down. Just make sure to wear them for only short periods of time to avoid arch-ache.
