Five Beauty Tips to keep you Glamorous after 30

Keeping yourself glamorous especially after 30 years is very important. There are a number of things that you should consider before you reach 30 years of age. You have to take care of a number of factors like your skin, your hair, your mental condition, and your body’s health and they all depend on living the healthiest life you can. The following are some tips to consider to keep yourself glamorous after the age of 30:

  1. Improve your health by eating green vegetables and fresh fruits. Green vegetables are not only and excellent source of vitamins and minerals, but they provide your body with fiber which helps protect you from heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. They also help keep your skin fresh with a healthy glow.
  2. Cleansing is important to keep your skin fresh. You should cleanse your face daily. It will keep all the dust particles from clogging the pores. After cleansing, apply a moisturizer, especially on your face, neck, and arms.
  3. Don’t avoid water. As you grow older, you may forget to drink enough water. Water hydrates your skin, helps maintain the elasticity of the skin and helps to eliminate wastes. So drink at least 8 glass of water a day.
  4. Treat yourself to a facial time once a month. Before applying any makeup, make sure your face is cleansed thoroughly and apply a moisturizer. Make sure you remove all your makeup before going to bed and apply a night time cream or lotion that is designed to be left on all night.
