How To Apply Facial to Your Face

How To Apply Facial to Your Face

If you want to give the vitality to your skin and improve the blood circulation to your face, just go ahead and give yourself a facial treat. Applying the facial is so easy that you can do it right at your home.

Step 1: You should always cleanse your face before applying the facial. You can use just about any cleanser of your choice. After cleansing, make sure you rinse your face with lukewarm water only. Tap dry your skin and get ready for the facial process.

Step 2: You will now need to make the facial scrub mixture. If you are using the home recipe for it, then it is definitely a good idea. However, there are many facial products available in the market, which do not harm your skin. You need the facial scrub to exfoliate your skin. Exfoliation removes the dead skin cells and brings the healthy skin to the surface.

Step 3: Do not exfoliate the skin vigorously. Gently rub the scrub on your skin in a circular motion. Follow this process for about 2-3 minutes and then rinse your face with lukewarm water again. Now pat dry your skin.

Step 4: Now is the time to put the face mask on. Apply a good quality face mask over your face and let it dry. Depending upon the weather, it may take 15 to 20 minutes for the face mask to dry.

Step 5: Once the mask has dried, all you need to do is rinse. Always use the lukewarm water as it is best for your skin.
